It’s a beautiful place, the views, pool, spa and bbq area are all stunning, such a lovely spot. It’s easy to get around Waiheke from here, by bus as well, we went to Ostend, Oneroa etc and had great food and walks. We enjoyed everything and it was very tidy and clean. The host Dan, was very accommodating and helpful with whatever we needed. Recommend!

We had a day and night to enjoy the area mid - winter, having visited 15 years prior. It was perfect timing for our needs/ travels around NZ North Island. Took our car on the ferry from Half Moon Bay having got a great deal to do so - and this made all the difference for the trip, enabling ready transport and high flexibility re: accomm choice. Enjoyed a great breakfast at Mudbrick Winery. Bought provisions from Countdown at Waiheke and enjoyed a terrific self - cooked pasta and red wine dinner at the studio apartment (Anzac Studios). Main purpose of the trip was to drive around to see parts of Island not seen previously, absorb the ambience, check out the main art gallery ( next to library), and relax at the apartment, taking in its lovely view.
